You must agree to the terms below in order to recieve a commission. Also, be aware that these terms may change considerably depending on what new developments occur

Terms Of Service

- All prices are in USD- No generally gross concepts, gore, hateful imagery, or anything meant to harm someone else mentally or physically.- Will draw any character as long as it isn't horror, mecha, or extremely complicated.- I will not draw a commission in another artist's style- Please do not use any commission for a youtube video or advertisment with explicit consent from me.- You may not turn any commission into an NFT or use it in any sort of AI program. Affiliation with either will result in the denial of a commission and no refund if I have already started.- If you plan to repost the commission onto other sites, you must credit my twitter handle @fwicksart. Don't crop my watermark out if you repost the artwork either.- Transactions are to be made through paypal. If for some reason that doesn't work for you we can figure something else out. I don't accept gift cards as payment- Pay half upfront, half after sketch is shown. Full refunds are available up until sketch is approved by you, the commissioner. After which you will only receive 25% of the payment back.- Please provide as much details as possible about your commission such as color, composition, poses, values, textures, etc. as it helps avoid revisions and potential problems that might arise out of my own interpretations.- Please provide references for characters that you would like to include. Commissioning me to draw a character without a reference would be the same as commissioning me to design a character and I will charge you more for it. References for backgrounds are appreciated but not necessary.- Sketches can be revised as many times as necessary although I would like to keep it under 10 at least. After the sketch though, the only things that can be revised are the color and small details of a character, and the background.-Please keep in mind that Commission are not my job and instead are something that I do for fun. As such it may take me awhile to get through. Depending on the kind of commissions I get, you may end up waiting up to 4 months to receive the final product.- If I haven't contacted you in over a month about progress please reach out to me. I may just be busy with something else but I don't wanna accidentally forget your commission.
